giebultow with its location (2 km on north-west to cracow), building structure (largely family housing) and natural conditions (beautiful alpine landscape) is a perfect place to become a dormitory town for the cracow agglomeration, enlarging its potential and possibilities for inhabitants; the project intends to create new housing estates for commuting residents, renovate the centre of giebułtów and set a higher benchmark for quality, leading to a more pleasing aesthetic value for the village as a whole and the organic farm animal-assisted therapy centre; all of these operations will combine to create a more positive experience for current inhabitants (new workplaces, better living conditions), as well as for those who are new, providing them with a pleasant place to live with close proximity to cracow agglomeration​
